  10. Surfairy(tm) is a unique solution for "empty pages" or error received during surfing the Web.

  12. Each time you fails to receive a site or page, Surfairy(tm) will provide you 
  13. automatically with a list of alternative domain names with an attempt to "guess" 
  14. intelligently the domain you may be after.
  15.  
  16. The system can be called on demand (note that the software adds to your Explorer toolbar 
  17. a "URL" button). When you reach a site that is not the one you wanted, the system 
  18. would offer you the same list of alternative domain names, which closely match the domain 
  19. name you have on your screen.

  21. Troubleshooting

  23. 1. Surfairy(tm) is compatible with MS Windows 98, 2000, ME & NT and MS Internet Explorer 
  24.    IE 5.01 and above. In the case that you run a lower version of MS Internet Explorer, 
  25.    the system will direct you to update it freely from: http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/
  26. 2. The "URL" button should be automatically installed on the browser's toolbar. In 
  27.    the case you do not see the "URL" icon on your toolbar, do as follows:
  28.       a. From the menu select "View"
  29.       b. From the "Toolbars" sub-menu select "Customize"
  30.       c. In the dialog box that appears, check for the "URL" icon in the "Current Toolbar 
  31.      Buttons" (right side), select it and click on "move up", bring it to your desired 
  32.          position on the toolbar and "close".
  33.       d. In the case that you cannot locate the "URLs" icon, check the left side 
  34.          dialog ("available toolbar buttons"), select it and click on "add" and continue 
  35.          as per "c." above.
